Speaker Upgrade On Stock Mylink Stereo

What Speakers Do You Guys Recommend I Have The Stock My Link Stereo I Want To Wake Up The Sound A Bit, I Use To Have 12 But I Took It Off Due To Weight Reduction lol. Let Me Know What Yall Recommend

I like JL Audio, they have a range of options depending on your budget. Do you have an amp?

Budget something reasonable not so high not so low, and i dont have an amp but i have all the wiring ready. I just want to see what speakers do their thing with the stock stereo without having to buy another sub

I think an amp is a better investment to start. Any speakers you get that aren’t supported by an amp won’t be much of a marked improvement over stock.

No matter what you decide on, try to get speakers with an integrated crossover as opposed to the separate crossover "box." It a pain to find a good place to put them in the door and you definitely don't want to try to run a wire through the boot.

If you want to cheap out, doing what you said makes sense. If you want the best sound you can get, a quality component set is the only way. Besides, there’s plenty of room inside the door to mount the crossover box AND you can still use the factory wiring
