Question High boost guys

What MAP and/or ECU you running?
Stock ECU only reads to 21psi and in at 26psi. I want to turn it up more but I'm already flying blind on the tune after 21psi.

I run the ProEFI 128 ECU and a 5 BAR MAP sensor on a speed density tune.... We've been to 27 psi with plans for 35 psi max....

GM 2.5 BAR Map and stock E38 ECU. 27-28# (based off Eboost2). Tuned with HPT Custom OS. I am not the tuner so my knowledge is very limited.

It isn't the MAP that limits, it is hard coded into the ECU to only read to 255kPa.

I use stock ECU with MAF sensor running 25 psi, the Map sensor reads up to 255 Kpa/22.8 psi, but has no effect on the ability to tune the fueling via the MAF.

If you are speed density I think there is an option for a true 3 bar speed density custom operating system but not sure on that.

Or you can install a MAF in Blow through Like I run.

Ted.

The map sensor only provides a 0-5v input....So you could tune with any map sensor even with the limited software, if you're happy for the table numbering to be incorrect.
