I ran into the same problem. I have 315 as well on my car.. that combination with the speed controller was causing issues .soon as I uninstalled the speed controller no more problems

It opens the throttle further, and faster, per a given amount of pedal travel. Basically increases the sensitivity of the pedal.

It probably wouldn't cause any limp-home issue, but you could get some unexpected behavior in a corner or during an emergency maneuver.

Aesthetically, 315/35's on 9" wide rims is the automotive equivalent of a big shirtless beer belly hanging over the guy's belt.

Just to add on, your tires being different diameters won't necessarily cause problems. I'm running 20x10 wheels with 285/35r20 up front and 20x11 wheels with 305/35r20 in the back with no problems.

Your tires are ~2% difference in radius, so within specs.

315/35X20 is the same radius as the stock tires, 14.34".
