Car will not be worth a whole lot in this condition..maybe around $5000 at most. It requires a lot of money to restore one in this condition. How much rust does it have?

There is actually not much rust on the car and what rust it has is not too bad.

It looks to be a solid body car, but unfortunately, due to it's previous history, obvious to the pictures, I'd say you're talking 5K max, unless you can document this car as being something other than a base SBV8.

If you could grace us with a pic of the Cowl tag that would be phenomenal.

If I'm not mistaken, doesn't an SS have 4 red tail lights, and back up lights under the rear bumper, or is that an RS?? Plus, the tail lights look to be from a '67. Other than that, disc brakes up front and a 12 bolt diff. as already stated is another clue to it's vintage. Another possibility is to pull the fuel tank or back seat (if it has one) and look for the build sheet.

You are correct the tail lights are from a '67 when my dad was building it he decided he liked them more so he put them on. I do have the '68 tail lights though.

So were the the 68's RS tail lights, the difference is the 67's don't have the bar between the two lenses and the 68's do. Those are definitely 67 non-RS tail lights on the car, and only RS had the above mentioned set up.
