I originally really wanted some hideaway headlights, but after seeing a few photoshopped pics I'm certain that I want the standard ones. Not that the flip-ups look all that bad, just I greatly prefer the non hidden ones

I am convinced that the production car will look alot different, even the nose will change. Take for instance the Charger Concept
and look what we got. |

Though I agree with you on the examples you've shown, Chevrolet and GM in general have a very good reputation for bringing concepts to production with very minimal change.
AND. regardless of that, There have been confirmed reports by many memebers of GM (Ed Peper, Bob Lutz...etc.) stating that they have seen the production model, and we won't be able to tell the difference. I trust them on that 100%. Obviously the mirrors, and the tire size, and possibly the headlights (mechanically), but other than that, the Production Camaro stays true to the Concept. Meaning: The nose will NOT change... |

Maybe but how do you explain the HHR or the 1994 Camaro Concepts?
I sure hope your right, because it's perfect the way it is. Boy they sure missed on the charger though. I like the concept better, but my Wife likes the current one. |

okay, okay - you've got me in a corner...if I could find evidence of past Concepts, I would. But I can't....
Regardless, like I said, The Camaro is staying - for the most part - unchanged. As for the Charger. I am SOOO glad they went with what they did. that concept is as far from reality, as I can imagine...it looks alien... |

Well, look at the Pontiac GTO concept and look what we got. I'd say it changed more than any of these other examples, and it's a GM product.
Anyway, we only care about the new Camaro here, and we know the production model won't change much from the concept...so nothing else matters. |

Bottom line, obviously most of the fans LOVE the concept! So why would they toy with it and change it around when they know they already have an adoring crowd?!
