Yes it's possible - but not a good idea for safety reasons. Get another 9in rim.

Possible, yes. But the recommended top size is 265 on the 8.5" rim. Otherwise could over stretch the tire, causing premature wear, a blowout, or the tire separating.

I've seen it. Looks stupid the way the tire fits the rim. Listen to the guys above and get the wider wheels

My opinion, don't put the rear size on the front 8" rim, get two more 9" rims.

Is it possible to put the 20's on the front on the back? I am looking to have the same size all around so I can actually rotate the tires and have a spare. Any help would be appreciated. Car is a 2012 1SS Vert

You mean rear wheels on the front? Yes works fine. I have ran that setup with 275/35/20 PSS for over a year.

Yes the fronts will work on the back..the stock front tires are actually slightly larger dia. Than the rear tires..but the wider rear wheels look much better all around..

That's good to hear. I like the wide rears but would like to be able to rotate at least every season when it comes out of storage.

I've been running a set of rears (20x9 w/275) on all 4 corners for probably 2 years now without any issues. I didn't it mostly so I can rotate to get a little more life out of them.
