The T handle shifter may be alright but I am not feeling the large boot.

if you want a Manuel Look to your shifter, go with the stock Shifter boot.

When you said old, I thought you meant like a classic sort of look and was pretty excited to see. But that's looks god-awful, sorry. Those weren't good looking when they were new, but the one you put in there also looks very used. Maybe like someone said, if you change more to make it match... but the dash and interior that came in the same cars as those shifters are usually pretty terrible looking, most dashes from the 80s and early 90s come to mind with GM being the worst.
I absolutely hated all the GM interiors from oldsmobiles to corvettes in the 80s and 90s... Corvette looked so good til I'd get inside. -edit- just noticed those pink pedals with orange floor mats... it doesn't flow well at all. Gotta stick with one theme |

Why not just change the boot, but leave the handle? Reminds me of an arcade racing game.

Not a fan of the way it looks now. If it looked more like the ones for older cars with smaller boot and more chrome showing between boot and t-handle it would maybe look better. Think it was a neat idea and could use some refinement but probably something I wouldn't do.

It's your car. Do whatever u like. Seems a bit bulky in the picture but could be better in person. At least you are doing your own thing.

Its an interesting idea, and definitely something worth trying, but I think the execution here is a little off. take it down to about the Top 3 ribs, and have it so the rubber only comes about halfway up the shifter exposing the rest of the shaft (giggidy) and I think it would look a lot better. Right now it overwhelms the interior of the car, and not compliments.
