We used ARH 1 7/8 headers with cats. We used an LPE airbox kit too. Upper pulley was a 2.55. We gained about 4 pounds of boost from stock to stage one. When we added the headers we only lost about 1/2 pound of boost after adding the headers.. We were very please that the headers added a solid 40rwhp and 25 ft lbs of torque.

Not to sound like an idiot, but did you replace the shaft also when replacing the coupler? Could not tell by the pics and it would make sense to do it, correct?
