fighting the top battle...
Hi there I have brought up the vert top issue with my dealer, I have rub marks everywhere. Although not severe there are spots the canvas is wearing thin.
The service manager has brought it up to the next in line and I believe he has really done this, but he hasn't heard from them and says there are 2 other customers waiting as well, and even stated their names. It's been over three weeks. Any suggestions on what to do next? Thanks for your input. |

I'm not much help there but as relating to issues I've had, be sure it's documented in the service record so that down the road they know about it and be persistent.

top is leaking again - this time on the rear driver's side floorboard. after 1 frame & 4 fabric pieces, I've only got 12,000 miles left on the extended warranty. The 2016 top can't get here quick enough. No water bag management system, which will hopefully result in less leaking.
