It's completely compatible with our cars.

I am a data freak lol. When I get a good hard pull in it is nice to do a quick check of the vitals at a stop light. I now have the secondary set on diagnostics & if a problem happens to pop up I can shut it down if need be. If I see something that warrants a log I have a micro sd set on auto log & can review that or get out my laptop with HP. You can never have too many good tools.

Joe, I have the auto meter 12214 dual pillar mount & they fit perfect. The gauge is 52 mm/2.047" & the pod is for standard 2 1/16" gauges. I bought direct through banks.

Edit: Banks has the idash listed for $295.00 & the data monster for $419.00 with a price increase after 12/4/23.

Can confirm, the banks gauge fits fine in the autometer dual gauge pod.

Just picked up a banks gauge, was also browsing on eBay and some guy was selling a dual pod carbon fiber a pillar mount for $90 shipped, looks like it's painted black so some elbow grease is required to strip and refinish it, but too good of a price to pass up. Will also need to blank out one pod because don't need a second gage yet, but that's like an hour or two in fusion 360 and like $1 in 3d print filament and it's solved.

You will enjoy it. And kudos to design and printing your own parts. I’m a bit of a nerd with stuff like that and have designed several parts on my Camaro.

I use fusion 360 as well, awesome program. I am sure you could find a cap but making your own stuff is more satisfying.

No need for both. Idash to monitor, data monster to record.
