2018 SS 1LE pricing
Anyone have any experience negotiating prices on the remaining 2018 SS 1LE's? Dealers in my area are offering prices at $40,900 on $44,995 MSRP camaros. How low is reasonable before tax/title/tags/dealer fees?
The lowest I could get the dealer down on a black one was $39,750. I'm thinking to just wait further into the winter for some additional incentives from GM and further pressure on the dealers to move inventory. Thoughts? Thanks you!

Last month a dealer here was pricing them at 40,500 from $45,305. Now they're $1K more. Still have like 6 or 7 of them. I went to look at them and decided I don't want a manual if I get a camaro (ZL1 or '19 SS A10) but they said they'd "make me a sweet deal on one." I'm guessing this dealer would have done $38K if I haggled. Lower than that, I don't know.

I'm getting my SS 1LE for $40,500+TTL from an East Bay Area dealer. I feel it's a fair price and I'm getting a pretty decent deal on my trade-in , so I'm going there after work to finalize everything. Can't wait to be part of the 1LE crew!

Ended up paying $40K for mine and felt that was a fair price.

Thank you for the responses. Cheapest I've been able to negotiate is $38k on a 2018. I think I might hold out until mid-late december for a good deal on a 2019. I might actually dig the new front end on darker colored cars.

Anyone seeing changes in pricing? I’m seeing most 2017s and 18s listed a few thousand over kbb. Also I read that the used car market is hot right now, and I’m starting to believe it.

I saw one go for advertised 36k. I was floored. And now I'm sad I didn't go get it!

I went from a total loss (other guy's fault) 1SS with NPP to:
1SS 1LE plus small stuff like black bowtie, 1LE mats, etc., for 18.5K It seemed fair for my area, but then again it was 20 miles away and I really needed to get back in a car. |

Ugh, 38500. Sorry, I'm tired from being so bored at the dealership...
