i am thinkin of making my automatic 2011 camaro a manual can i get some input and maybe if its worth it and a ball park of how much if would cost? also would it void all my warranty's?

some say that it wil be cheaper to sell it and buy a M6.

A friend of mine did it (sold his 590rwhp M6 and bought an Auto).....he wanted an Auto trans for the 1/4 track....

It can be done, but its much easier to just trade or sell your car and get a manual.

There's probably someone with a manual that wants an auto. You can just work out a trade.

they run better in the 1/4 mile?

Typically, better traction and you can't miss a shift. There are people that do very well in manuals but not many.

not worth it....a lot of work and a lot of parts. Also if you're worried about your warranty, say goodbye to your drivetrain warranty. ALSO, it wont be as fast off the line because the A6's came with a 3.27 rear, the M6's have a 3.45 (the auto's have a 4.03 1st gear vs. a 3.01 in the Tr6060).

either trade it in for what you want, or just tune the A6 and enjoy it (it really is a different beast with a good trans tune).

LS3 is faster than the L99 STOCK..
But as soon as you start adding mods L99s begin to shine

AFM is only available through GM on A6 Camaros, although I wouldn't be surprised if it could be made to work on a manual with an expert tuner.
