I've never seen it, I wonder why the narrow width. Maybe this is for another car where the mounting space is tight and they went vertical instead of horizontal.

Yeah I'm not sure. I bought it from another member on here, but it was in the car when he bought it and the picture he gave me isn't very clear.

Finally found it after hours of searching...it's a Mike Norris.

Still would like to know how to mount it...

Yes that is a mike norris can. I have one in my truck. Works great.

Here is mine in my 2010 Silverado, it appears what you have is how it comes

I drilled a hole in the alternator bracket to mount on my truck. Works well there.
