CHeck Engine light Code P219B Cause ?

The code is an air-fuel imbalance bank 2. From the research I have done on possible causes I have not found any vacuum leaks, exuast leaks, wiring, hoses or anything obvious. This 2014 ZL1 only has 6000 miles on it. I do have a freeze frame of the event but I am not sure how to read it, to me the most interesting data is the difference in voltage between O2 sensor 1 bank 1 and O2 sensor 1 bank 2 and the long term fuel trims for both banks, here are the readings:

O2 sensor 1 bank 1 voltage 0.435
O2 sensor 1 bank 2 voltage 0.115
Long term fuel trim bank 1 7.8 %
Long term fuel trim bank 2 4.7 %
My question is could the bank 2 O2 sensor #1 be going bad ?, any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

That code means one cylinder on that bank requires significantly more correction to get to commanded lambda than the other cylinders in that bank. I believe the o2s1 needs to pass a function test before the p219 will set.

If you already looked for leaks, it could be an injector issue, spark issue, or some other random thing that is causing a cylinder to be off. You mention a freeze frame- what logging software do you have? Can you monitor pulse width or misfire or anything else? If you can log enough to figure out the problematic cylinder, you could start swapping components between cylinders until your problem moves to another cylinder, perhaps

The data I have is from a Blue Driver Diognostic plug in, not able to look at all PIDS. From looking at the long term fuel trims and the O2 voltage bank 2 is lean right ?.

Gotcha. A snapshot in time of the O2 voltage doesn't tell you anything. Those oscillate several times per second, so a snapshot doesn't really tell you much.

Yes, the ltft's show that fuel is being added, but same deal- they don't really tell you much as a snapshot in time.
