Ya...I'm looking at doing some suspension mods first before a cam. I wonder what the top 2 or 3 mods I can do to really get the car to plant on launch.

Im strapping a 18 intake on my car tomorrow. Tests show it flows very similar to a GT350 intake. But they only cost $300 bucks compared to a $1100 invest on the Gt350. Im hoping it puts me in the 700-715whp range.

Get a good set of drag shocks. Think Lakewood or Viking. Then unhook your front sway bar. Cheap, easy effective.

Yes sway bar stays mounted. Just unbolt the end links. Unless you just want to remove it for weight reduction. The car rides fine without it. If you wanna go that route. I used lakewood on the 95 race car.
And you can see from the pic below. They worked.

You only need to unhook the sway bar on the front of the car.

BMR trailing arms and toe rods are fairly inexpensive and not bad to put in. Drag shocks are nice but very pricey. Skinnies up front and MT Street R in the rear at 17" are a really good combination and saved me 50 lbs off the stock wheels and tires.
