Question Odd Voltage Readings Leading to Lean Codes!

Hello everyone,
I have a lean condition code at this time and after logging o2 voltages I noticed values constantly jumping from 0 to .58 My O2's (yes each o2 up and down stream and both banks) are typically reading 0-.15 v which does not seem right I believe they should be hovering around .45v. I was using torqueApp. Has anyone monitored O2 voltages on torqueapp on their car? Can you share what you received?
I can share the CSV if needed but fuel trims stay around 0 after starting and warming up and the voltage is totally sporadic so it does not follow any inputs really
