If it were me and it required more than loosening and adjusting, I would take it to a good custom exhaust shop and have them loosen, cut, adjust, weld, what ever it took to make the clearance so the tunnel brace fits with no clearance issues.

Many have fixed the low hanging exhaust from loosening the bolts, readjusting the pipes, then re tightening. Some have put a block of wood in between the installed brace and the exhaust pipes, tighten the bolts, then take the wood out. That pushes the pipes up so they won't drop as far when relaxed.

I'm on my phone so linking is a PITA but I believe the JacFab one comes with longer bolts. Also just check the vendors, Phastek, JDP, Apex etc...

Its a pro choice thing I guess. Its your car and if you want to reuse it that's beyond OK with everyone here I think. I can adjust my exhaust up to clear but don't like the angle of the tips when the mid pipe is that high. Don't really care if the brace is on or not so I tossed it. Kind of like the factory Z bars on the second Gen cars that had to come off if you wanted to run LTs. A bunch of those bars wound up in the scrap pile. These cars are the stiffest Gens made. Use it, don't use it-who gives a hoot. Kind of like guys doing weight savings on the front and rear of the body supports, no one gives them a hard time about those and they are a lot more important lol.
