yes, worked over many times...

its prefinished in the dark argent grey metallic-
certainly not painted, but it seems to be molded with the metallic flake in it...

to each his own of course, I like the contrast and currently don't have plans to paint mine-

be warned, painting the kit voids the warranty on the kit...

Because they are a Dealer installed option and the customers will have the option to paint them in the color they want or leave as is. Sux but that how it is. Somehow GM figured it wouldn't be cost effective to do it at the factory would be my guess.

It doesn't look horrible unpainted. Actually looks great as is on a CGM and RJT camaros. My ground effects just got painted body color (IOM) and will be installed this weekend.
What color is your Camaro?

I kind of wanted them left unpainted, but I don't think they go as well on my Black 2SS with the IOM interior. Now, I should have them painted IOM instead of black! Dealer is painting and then installing them. Hefty cost though! Didn't think about warranty - but heck, the dealer is doing it!

It looks good unpainted on some paints. Someone here has an RJT with unpainted ground effects that looks great.

Is it true that painting the ground effects voids their warranty?

They are the same color as the grill. What is wrong with having them unpainted?

I think they look pretty dang good.

Here it is with an RK Sport Carbonfiber hood:

Looks like matte trash to me man. Nothing personal. I will never understand why people leave their hood unpainted or matte black. The ricers do this all the time. Looks like you either ran out of paint to finish the hood or you got into an accident and forgot to paint the hood the rest of the body color. It isn't just you. It is many people out there. Even saw this on a SEMA car. It looks lame, unfinished, and cheap.
