Stripes started to look dated by the mid-90s. Makes the car look trailer park.

first off.... I'm jealous that you have a Garnet Red convertible. It's gorgeous. Ok I think you need to rethink the stripes. The hashes are just enough but you need to redirect the other black accents to ground effects, headlight and taillight dark tint.
Just a thought....your car is beautiful.

IMHO the vents sticking out of the stripe on the hood makes it look really off to me.
