Any tips for new slicks
Just order a set of the m&h slicks https://www.jegs.com/i/M-H/676/MHR-174/10002/-1
Any reviews out there? I’m wondering how they’ll hook with my m6

Shouldn't you have asked before you ordered them?

They’ll work till I can and plus they clear the brembos with weights no problem. But I was wondering if there was some reviews on the tires
Does it matter have you ran them?

A little harder than Hoosiers. Play with the air pressure to see what works for you.

If you don't have a line lock, get one.

The Hoosier were 10 inch I didn’t think they would fit I have a pretty decent air tool. Thinking about starting at 22psi and dropping 2 till it hooks. I have a line lock just need to get it back working before Sunday.

Or start at 22 then raising it until it doesn't hook! It all depends, but you will figure it out. May as well start lower than what you think so you get some better passes in. |

Back when I used bias ply slicks, I ran between 17-18 lbs. 28/10*17s. But I'm thinking I had a few more ponys under the hood.
