Took delivery yesterday of 11294 - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

(Now with pics added.)So this was our situation.......We ordered a 1SS/RS CGM with black rally stripes back on May 8th. My wife had come back from a deployment and we decided to do this to have a little fun before her next deployment. Last week my wife goes into work like every other day and her CO tells her that they are now deploying on July 7th when they weren't supposed to go until October. We were moving slowly just like everyone else when I get a private message from another member on here about the same dealer we ordered from having a 2SS/RS Rally Yellow with Black Rally Stripes available on the lot. My wife and I rush over to check it out with 4 or 5 other people and I just tell our salesman that we will take it. We finish all the paperwork and our dealer transfers our deposit from our order over to this one and we drive off happily ever after. So we moved up from a 1SS to a 2SS and boy is it worth it. And it helped that Yellow was our other choice for color. We get all options on this car except for a sunroof, even got the painted engine cover on its way. So now we get to enjoy this awesome car for a few weeks until she leaves. Boy are we floored. The smoothest muscle car I have ever driven. Wouldn't change anything about this car.

Here are some pics I took on Friday and this morning. The dealership hasn't received my black stripes or my painted engine cover yet so I'll take some more when they get here. So far we have put about 160 miles on her and it feels like you are on a roller coaster from the rush you get while driving. It doesn't matter if you are going 15 or 60 it still gives you that feeling.

Make sure spelling and case is correct. Thats it and you will be added.
