So I ordered some goodies on the 24th and they have still yet to ship. Why does it take over a week to even ship items out? Avoid them unless you don't mind waiting weeks to receive your order.

Apex from here on out for me.

It's called availability. Use a little bit of critical thinking. It's also the holidays.

Apex is awesome... And I ordered parts from them and I waited almost two weeks before my Pfadt parts were shipped because of high volume of sales and availability.

And you don't see me here complaining about Apex. I think they are great too.

My guess would be you ordered them the day before Christmas and they aren't back from Vacation till today.

Get used to it - almost every vendor I've purchased items through on here it took two to three weeks before the item was shipped. I've just accepted it as the difference between buying from the person making it directly and buying from a company like Apex who stocks the parts already made.

A week? Lmao. Took me over 5 weeks to get 2 items they told me were in stock when i bought them.

Apex , emblempros, CAI Inc, Rotofab , TORQ , Bigworm have all been excellent for me. With a few going WAY above and beyond what i ever expected.

Really? I have ordered from them with no issues. The last being a sparks ss emblem and had it within like 4 days

Phastex does not stock everything in one single warehouse.. They use multiple different vendors

If you're out on vacation just place a message on your website. Not too difficult. I would have gladly just ordered from someone else. This is not something that should take that long to ship. Some bulb upgrades take that long to ship? I understand something that is on backorder or along those lines, but fog light bulbs and interior trim pieces?

How is this the consumers problem? They should have a system in place that can handle it. It's 2013, we have the technology lol.

On supposedly in stock items? No i wasn't. Never bought from again.

In your case. Were they open and shipping on Xmas eve , Xmas day? NYE, NYD? If not then they were only open for a maximum of 3 days since you ordered. Since they aren't open on weekends.

Give it a few more days considering the holidays. Hopefully they ship very soon.

plus most of their stuff is drop shipped from other distributors, so if those companies are closed for the holidays, then they have to wait on them.
