2014 1LE with z28 wheels
New member, been following for long time. I have a 2014 1LE, I have a set of Z28 wheels to swap out but do not like extra inch on front wheels. I do not track car so it was for looks only. Any options to help keep extra inch wide throwing stuff all over side of car?
Thanks and always good information on these pages. Tom |

The only option is z28 fender flares/ whole body kit that will cost a few thousand to get and install

Thanks, that is what I am seeing. I looked into get narrowed but the wheels still out + 1 inch. If I wanted to do that I have to start with a rear wheel because of backspacing. Still no one wants to narrow a Z28 wheel and I don't have the extra rear wheels. I have even thought about doing a MRR Z28 style but the smallest is 20". Just trying to figure out as I want to use but if not I won't run that far sticking out front. Thanks Tom

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.
oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!

I've tracked mine several times with the Z/28 wheels and didn't notice more issues with the tires throwing debris on the side of my car than with the 1LE wheels/tires. I have aftermarket splash guards up front, and the ZL1 rockers, which help somewhat.
