I played with the sheet, here's all the LT / LT1 cars that came with 6-Piston Brembos. A whopping total of 31 over 2 years (excluding any anomalies). I also did the same for the SSs with PCU and 341 showed up

The 58k and 63k LT1's are weird. I mean how many things can you add? That's 1LE money almost.

Definitely crazy money for an LT1. You would basically need to check every single LPO option to get there.

Yes - agreed! I don't think anyone who did even minimal comparison would select that many options for an LT1.

My best guess is that some dealer(s) were limited to ordering an LT1 and figured if they maxed it out on all options they could still get someone to buy it off the lot and make more $$$.

What's equally odd is there are a couple of those car with MSRP's of 40K and they were 2020 MY. Think a base LT1 in 20 was around 36K,the 6 piston RPO was around 3500.00 if memory serves. So with a WS of 40k it had to be the only option the car was ordered with. That 65k car was Canadian market.

Yes but besides the orders, the factory also installs whatever they have as excess inventory or when they do updates and have to get rid of old stock or part numbers.

I wonder if they have different proportioning valves for all this brake/wheel size combinations or they just don't care and the ABS fixes it.

Also note Canada cars are mixed in there so those prices in are CAD.

I’m putting together a little statistics thing that I’ll post in general forums probably if you’re interested either today or tomorrow depending on how long excel hangs on me after every action
