Well no I don't lol. But it got me up to the boonies of CT no problem everywhere, as well as Washington DC and a bunch of places in New Jersey with no issue. As someone here said its ll about the Maps they use, I believe onstar uses Mapquest, so its likely Mapquest related services would get you lost too.

I have owned my Camaro for about 3 months and have used Onstar turn by turn directions twice, both times I was given completely incorrect directions. Once I called back and asked for the directions again from my original starting point just as an experiment, I was given different wrong directions!!! And I live in the greater Philadelphia area, not in the boonies. This gives me NO confidence in their ability to find me if I have a real emergency.

What I don't like is that I can set up my route via MapQuest, then send it to OnStar and when i recall it, it gives me MapQuest's default map, not the route I had edited.

Need to look into a GPS as I've never had one. 1 year is coming up soon

I hear lots of different recommendations but have no clue...research time

I have used it a few times, Im not to pleased with it. I have been lost twice and the fees for it are pricy imo. You can buy a Tomtom or similiar device for what it would run you to use this over a years time.

The OnStar price is more than just tbt so I don't think it's pricy - my opinion. I don't know how much the tbt option (only) would be. I'm definitely keeping the full package when mine expires. I love the concierge / restaurant reservation assistance - that's great!!

+2. I love it, I'd be lost without it - no pun intended.

Re-routed us through construction in Bakersfield last weekend which was great! BF told me to shut it off on the way home because he thinks it's annoying. He then proceeded to get us lost. I told him to STFU and deal with it. I'll never turn it off again.

9.99$ a month just for TBT Directions. Rougly 120.00$ a year. I have a tomtom in my 4runner that I paid 100.00 for. It's by far much better than TBT. I'll keep some Onstar services but not TBT.

Aah CWA! I haven't flown out the airport since 2002. Last time we waited 70 minutes to get our luggage back. They dropped it off the plane and couldn't find it. They realized it fell off the plane then I'm sorry but I love General Mitchell Airport. I flew out of there 5 times the last 3 years and my flights have always arrived early to my destinations on numerous different airlines. No, complaints made!
