So what was the guy doing?

I'm not sure what started it but I got on earlier and there was like ten posts from him in row with things like "penis" "Asshole" and some other weird headings for the subject and then if you went to read it he would just say stupid stuff like just "lol" or the last one I saw said "go ahead and keep deleteing me you will ever get rid of me I will just keep posting more" Not sure what his issue was but it was werid!

Idea for the admins/mods:

Trace his IP
If it leads back to a corporate or educational network, let them know one of their employees is playing on the internet all day and show proof

Different people, there were others that came up too. IPs aren't as unique as some people think, and a lot of it depends on the network you're on. I don't pretend to know exactly how it all works, I just know what I've seen.
