Just found this thread, I'm in with at least +1, but possibly + 3 if that's ok? I just bought my CGM 2SS/RS this week. I voted yes in the poll.

We live right around the corner from the Dell Diamond and the Salt Lick.

Red Bull plans F1 car demonstration Saturday morning


Austin will likely get its first taste of a Formula One car in action Saturday morning, when Red Bull Racing plans a demonstration run on Congress Avenue north of the Capitol.
A permit is pending with the city to close Congress Avenue between 15th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard from 7 a.m. to noon for the demonstration, city Transportation Department spokeswoman Leah Fillion said.

I just heard about this too. It should be far enough out of our way for our gathering in the morning before heading out to Oasis, and over for long enough for it to be out of the way for our return for pictures.

The circus is in town at Frank Erwin, which means there will likely be event parking here at this garage :(

I'll call DPS and see if they can do anything for us with Garage B.

I am going to trust you on this since you are the local. I don't think it will be in our way either really, but I appreciate the heads up!!! As for the garage, we will just check them out Saturday morning and see what we have got, its all we can do. If you can get them to do something for us by calling, awesome!!! If not, we will deal.

Well, I just talked to the guy taking payment for the circus traffic today and he said they'll be charging all day on Saturday :( I still haven't got a call back from the person running the garages, but it looks 99% like we can't use my garage :(
