So I replied to that with, "Is there any idea on when production will begin or shipments will arrive?"

My guess is it's too good to be true but I wanted to do some investigating anyway. I will edit/reply when I hear back

Still haven't gotten a reply to my second message to them...

I talked to them a little bit ago, checking them out of curiosity. Basically the guy explained that they list all of these wheels, but they are not all available and are only available when they get a set in that they have reconditioned. So, these weren't some sort of massed produced replica and because of that, I wouldn't hold my breath. Still, can't hurt to check in with them from time to time if you're looking for some. They seemed legit and were nice enough. I don't take them as a scam, as they weren't still trying to get my money or sell me anything.

I got some good news...

Factory Reproductions - "Our plans are to offer the wheel in the both 20" and 22". Finishes will be chrome, black, black/machined face and possibly polished with clear coat." - Doug

He was referring to the ZL1 polished rims. If they're doing these I'm sure they'll do the same with the SSX wheels.

I guess we'll see...

If you are wrong... lol, well I guess I'm hoping for the SSX style ones not the polished upgrade ZL1 rims

I think the real ZL1 wheels are forged. The reproductions are guaranteed to be cast. Personally, I'd save up the money for the real deal!
