Turbo/Supercharger
I am looking for either a turbo or a supercharger for a 2010 2LT/RS.
can anyone tell me what is available and what recommendations you have. What else will HAVE to be done in order to make one or the other work. I am planning an exhaust upgrade and cold air intake............... any and all thoughts/recommendations would be appreciated.:5thgenvert::5thgenvert::5thgenvert:

turbo is pure power.... it runs off exhaust so there is no wasted energy where as a supercharger runs off belts which takes power to turn the supercharger.... which makes it less efficient!!!

Superchargers have Instant added power. (No lag)
Turbos have a lag in there added power. |

lag really isnt an issue when you have a powerful engine!!! on my evo yes lag will kill you!!! because the engine itself only puts out like... 120hp... with turbo i make almost 500!!!
teamlowes- just talked to jeff jones he said it is in nashville.... be here this weekend or early next week!!!!!!! |

I have the 2010 with turbo. Anyone that says it has lag would be lying. The car is far more responsive than it ever was. Also I am running 610 rwhp to the ground without removing the valve covers. Best bang for the buck my friend. Come over to GA I will take you for a ride. Racing 1/8 mile tomm. Paradise Drag. Low 7's in the picture
