2011 Camaro L99 to Ls3 conversion
My car has only 18,000 miles and never driven in the rain. I decided to make my car a bit faster!!!! I started with the L99 to LS3 conversion, BTR Stage Two Cam, American Racing Long Tubes, Cold Air Inductions CAI, Circle D single disc 3200 torque converter. My car put down 436 RWHP!!! I want more so the car goes in this week for Eaton Detriot Truetrac, GM 3.91 Gear’s with husky master overall kit!!!! I am also having BMR rear cradle bushing, trailing arms and bushings, and toe rods!!! I am now deciding between superchargers! I am torn between Whipple and both Magnuson Heartbeat or tvs2300 system. Which would you go https://youtu.be/NHjenE_yxOM . https://youtu.be/dBH3EZz6DYg Last edited by Jetscv25; 06-26-2018 at 06:13 AM. Reason: Description |

Is there a difference in sound once you convert l99-ls3 ? How many wrhp will you gain?

Awesome. You may want to wait on gears if you go forced induction or you'll be going over parts twice as the 391 doesn't pair real well.

What are your end power goals? Before I vote I'd want to know if you're looking for added power or as much power as you can possibly make with a supercharger. If you're looking for that added bump, but don't plan on going insanely wild with the power, then I'd go Heartbeat. If you're looking to race the car and make power levels over 700 rwhp then I'd go Whipple.
