My dad wanted me to buy a truck but I really want a Camaro.
So I bought a Camaro, after owning it for quite some time now, it grew on him but the only thing he didn't like about the Camaro is the lack of interior and trunk space.

Anyway, he told me that after I pay off my car loan (he sometimes gives me money to add to my principal) he'll buy a Challenger!

Nice looking car btw! Congrats!

Congrats, the Challenger is a sharp car. I looked at buying one before I bought the Camaro, because the ride is so good. But I didnt think I could stand staring at that big Rams head in the middle of the steering wheel every day...

Congrats! As for roominess Im kinda weird, Im a big dude, but I like a snug fit in a car, makes me feel more like im in a ****pit.

Driving my fiancee's FJ cruiser for a few days until my SS comes in, and I feel like I dont know what to do with myself because I have too much room vs my 4th gen.

Congrats on the new car. I test drove a chally before i ordered my Camaro and it was a VERY tough dessision . But I had built my Camaro soooo many times on the Chevy website that I knew if I didn't get it I would be kicking my self in the ass a few months later lol . The Challenger is a very nice car hope to get one to some day.

I traded my 49,000miles orange challenger Srt/8 with the rally stripes 3 weeks ago for my 2011 ashen grey ss2/rs Tinted 2100 miles camaro for $31,500. The challenger is a beastly car. The engine sounds like thunder when you floor the gas. Its very quiet on the inside even if you're driving 100mph. Unfortunately, I was growing out of it. All 4 of my tires needed replacement, the brakes needed replacement, and the paint was only in fair condition, With the high mileage, no warranty, and poor condition the car was in, i had to Jump on the camaro train. I was happy with the offer they gave me and even happier with the price i paid for it and 4%apr on top . I will miss my orange monster (is what i call it) very much.

The Challenger would have been my second choice when choosing my car but I never had to make that decision. You could have added leather and a softer suspension for the added price you paid for the challenger. I just think you downgraded 6 to 5. speed and the SGM on the SS being a one year color it will become harder to find and be worth more but to each his own. JMO

The new one doesn't have a ram head. It says dodge.

Dodge, that what you are supposed to do, not buy it...

I had a Challenger before I traded it for a Transformers Edition 2SS M6. I really wanted both the Challenger and Camaro from the beginning. Having now owned both, the room and in dash navigation of the Challenger are greatly missed. As soon as my Camaro is paid off I will buy another Challenger while keeping the Camaro. These are by far my two favorite cars on the road so why not own both?

I like both the Camaro & Challenger. Guess that's why one of each lives here. The Challenger is a Hemi Orange R/T Classic. Both cars are very enjoyable rides. Congratulations!

I was torn between a Challenger SRT8 392 or the SS, I really liked both, but the camaro had the edge, plus the dealer would not budge on the price of the Dodge, so that was the kicker. Still very happy with my choice.

Good luck with your Challenger, it is a great looking car.
