My 1LE on Scales: 3823lbs

I was at Gingerman yesterday and put my 1LE on the scales: 3823Lbs

Details:
  • 1SS/1LE: NPP Exhaust, BA stereo, B/U camera are the only options
  • 3/4 tank of gas
  • All stock: wheels, tires, suspension, battery...ect.
  • All badges have been removed (1-2 lbs??) and floor mats were out...all stock items in the trunk were left in.

Great, I'll weigh my 2SS this week when it hits 3/4's of a tank of gas and see what the difference is.

Damn that is 44 pounds lighter than my 3867 invoiced weight on this 2SS and you have 3/4 of a tank of fuel!!

I have no sunroof, no leather, no HIDs......not sure what those equal?

Not that it matters but I do have a clear bra on it so that may balance out the weight from removing the badges

Very cool! I need to weigh mine now. I have zero options, no splitter, and GM Performance track exhaust. Winder if I can get it to 36xx with as little as gas as possible.

Head over to the market place, your unused new splitter will sell in about an hour if it is fairly priced. New they list for $750.

Must be nice, my car completely stock was about 4,150 lbs with 3/4 of a tank. Ginger is a big girl.

How much does the NPP add? My car is 1LE and 1SS. No other options.

I think the NPP is lighter than the exhaust it replaces.

Any ideas why the passenger front is so much heavier (23 lbs) than the drivers front?
