Post Which to go with?

So... here are the 3 links.

https://www.phastekperformance.com/2...charger-29.htm

https://www.phastekperformance.com/E...force-1563.htm

https://www.phastekperformance.com/2...force-1598.htm

Currently leaning towards the E-Force #1598 because I still have to do the cam, 3 bolt cam gear conversion kit, valve springs (0.660 lift), push rods (7.400" since I have stock heads), trunnion kit upgrade, flex fuel kit, line lock (I suck at burnouts) and with the supercharger going to get the RotoFab or Cold Air Inductions intake.

Already did the LS9 clutch, 1-7/8 SW headers and Corsa Atak Extreme 3". Some dress up stuff in the engine bay and interior. No wideband yet just because the man who did my tune does Camaro's on the daily (AGP in Newmarket, Canadaland) but he didn't seem happy with me last I saw him so I don't know if I'm on his "do not touch" list or not but w/e.

All insight even the negative is welcomed since it's your opinion you are posting, not your money being spent.

Thanks in advance

If it were my money I'd swing for the Whipple

The 2.9L can make a ton of power and can easily make more boost than 10 PSI(IMO a very conservative setup for stock internals).

Only issue with going Whipple is it burns up a lot of the money I was going to use for things like the cam, flex fuel, valve springs, pushrods, etc.

I have the E-force, and for what was spent on mine for the cam, SC, heads, all supporting mods, it was WAY more expensive than going TT and only makes 620 at the Rear wheels, save the money, Go TT with a kit like ADP offers (which has AMAZING reviews) that you can get into for about the same price and make twice the power......

Only issue I have going twin turbo is that I'm not building a race car... well yet anyway. Car is still daily driven and more so want to hit the same 6XXhp numbers with close to matching torque just to have more fun with the car as a whole.

When I get to go all out track car I would 100% do a twin turbo setup.

Based on the mods in the signature would you do it again in terms of going with the kit?

Why does it need to be a race car to go TT? You could skip the cam and still have some wicked power...

Love my EForce, reliable great power on stock internals. Makes enough power with other mods to keep up with almost anything on the road. Read and make your decision based on your needs and goals.

That is a fair point. I've just always associated TT on the 5th gen with a track or weekend only car.
