2010 Camaro SS L99 Mileage
So I am not a Camaro owner *yet* but I sure as hell am a huge Camaro fan, and I am planning on buying one real soon. My question is about mileage on a used Camaro. Ive been looking around at used 2010 Camaros in my area, and most of them are either over priced, or have about 100,000kms on it. I really don't want to get a car that have 100,000kms on it, because I know that I will be putting a lot of kms on the car myself. Would 100,000kms on a used 2010 Camaro be worth it? I will be taking great car of the car, regardless of how many kms are on it. But I have no idea how the previous owner(s) took care of it and I don't feel like paying a lot of money and fixing a Camaro with 100,000kms on it instead of spending money on mods and stuff. So would it be worth it? Or should I just say f*** it and try and talk the price down on one of the over priced ones.

~60K Miles doesn't seem to be a whole lot on these cars if the owner cared for the car. If it was beat, then it's a lot. Personally I would save my pennies and wait for the right one. It will take time, but you can find a clean, low mileage Camaro that the previous owner(s) have take car of it. Do yourself a favor and do not settle just because you "had to have" it.

Price vs mileage is the only way to determine whether it's "worth" it or not. Even a car with 200,000 km can be worth it if the price is right. Every scenario is different but we need both pieces of info to give you an accurate opinion.

I don't think a 100k is a lot for these cars either. my 2013 has about 45000 km right now and while a lot less than a 100 it is still like new...

Most 2010 Camaros are 7 years old now. 100,000 miles is about average for a
7 year old used car. Move up a couple years if you want to find one with lower mileage unless you look real hard and go outside your immediate area.

You should be able to at least double that with proper maintenance. These cars were sold with 100,000 mile warranty in the US. |
