Michigan's got you all beat, especially in the Detroit area. You need a 4 x 4 to drive down the main roads!

Lived in OH, SC, and now in CA. Roads suck everywhere! Cold, Heat, Snow, Rain, and Oil destroy 'em. (not to mention natural & man made disasters)

Miss as many as you can, is 'bout the best advice!

(glad I don't drive the Lunar Rover!)

It got soooo damned cold here in Iowa that the ground froze extra deep and heaved whole sections of the roadway up....so now it's like driving down a flight of steps

I will trade ya for an Idaho road! No pics but you could lose my Silverado in an Idaho pot hole. We're known for potatoes and pot holes.

That's very true. Here in Des Moines it's like you're on a moto-cross course going over the whoops.

I'm with ya! I have a huge knick in my passenger rear wheel from a pothole on the 91fwy - I'm taxed to death already, and the roads just suck out here. 9.75% in LA county.

Until you have driven in NJ you have not seen BAD roads. NJ has the worst roads in the entire US. Just one more thing wrong with NJ. But we get used to it.
