setting coilovers up for drag racing

I have the strange engineering coilovers on my car right now and was wondering what are people setting their coilovers to in the rear and the front as far as compression and rebound?

Wouldn't that defeat weight transfer at the front end?

The double adjustables? In general, set front rebound low (soft) with front compression high. That allows the nose to pop up easily and assist weight transfer towards the rear. In the rear you'll want mid-high compression with lower rebound. This pushes the rear tires into the pavement for max grip. Of course the optimal settings will vary depending on what supporting suspension upgrades you have, tires, tire pressure, track conditions, etc..
