Thumbs up LS3 Parts For Sale from 2011 Camaro

I've got some parts from my 2011 LS3 that I am letting go as I won't need them on the new build. Shipping at buyers expense.

Full disclosure, all parts came out of my 2011 Camaro SS LS3. I had a valve spring failure on the number one intake valve that floated the valve into the piston. That piston is toast as is the cylinder head from that side. The engine never lost oil pressure (I was data logging the time so I know this to be fact). The engine had 9900 miles on it at the failure and had no less than 4 oil changes in that time. I only ran Mobil 1 5W30 full synthetic and I had the rev limiter set to 6350 so aside from the spring failure everything was extremely well taken care of. You can see some of the #1 piston did migrate through the intake to the other cylinders.

While some of the pistons may require a little cleanup and the valve seats should be checked as well, the bearing surfaces on everything look good visually and you can't snag a nail on anything. Minor scuffing on piston skirt coating but not abnormal. Pistons should clean up nice and the rods look perfect. Cam was awesome but probably not the right style for the HPDE events I was doing. Vengeance made 460+ rwhp with this cam and other mods. Noticeable lope. Really liked the attitude of the car with it.

A little video from before the spring failure. Cam was awesome!

Just one head. The other was damaged when it dropped a valve.

Let me know if I'm the one who has dibs on the cam. I'd rather yours, but if it's not available I've found another.
