Catch can LLT vs LFX

I just ordered my Elite catch can and I have a question. I have the LLT and the only instructions they have on their web site is for they LFX. Will the install be the same for both. Any input would be great. Thanks

Worth it.

Just had a 1,200 miles run from Montréal to Wooddward Dream Cruise near Detroit. Look at what the Catch Can (Elite) caught.

The LLT is bolted to the radiator thingy and the LFX mounts on the engine cover bolt.

So what is the purpose of this catch can. I see it catches oil, but from where? Why didn't GM put it on?
Thanks

It's oil fumes in the PCV system from normal engine operation. GM decided it was better to recommend upper induction cleaning every 15,000 miles for $300 or more. More money for their service departments. Pay them regularly, or install a can and keep your money.

The LLT mount used to go to the radiator. I believe Elite switched to a common mount which mounts to the engine cover stand.
