Exclamation November 8 is still happening!!

Calling all cars!!! I have spoken with Billy, one of the event organizers for November 8. He said too many people put too many irons in the fire lol. The classic car show will take place from 12 to 3. Our car club is being featured from 3 pm to 6 pm along with a motorcycle show. Proceeds will benefit the Texas Wounded Warriors. We will still be meeting at Hastings at 2:15 that afternoon. Once everyone has arrived we will head out to Republic Ice House on University. Billy has a total of 16 spots reserved for us. Billy has a lot of fundraising ideas and wants to speak with us about possibly partnering with him on those projects. This is a great opportunity for our club to show our interest in the community. If I can get a car count ahead of time I would appreciate it!! Look forward to seeing everyone for a great time!

Hi all,
Ronnie with RG Car Show Productions really wants our club to come to Mineola on Saturday. I can’t make either event Saturday but I know you all can get that Club Award if you’re up to doing two events in one day. See his email for the details and let me know so that we can give him a tentative yes or no and how many…

The show is benefitting the Mineola League of Arts. Entry fee is $20.00
If 10 or more come in ya'll club will get everybody in for $150.00 that save $50.00 dollars. That is $15.00 entry fee !!!
There will be Top 25 awards also
Best Car,Truck,Rat-Rod,Motorcycle,then Club Award and People's Choice.
KLTV Channel 7 will be there from 10:30 to 11:00 interviewing everyone with custom plates. Lots of door prizes, nice Awards. Show is from 9:00 a.m. til 1:00 p.m. The show will be on-time,that gives everyone enough time to get to Hastings to meet before going to the Ice House...

Hi all,
Hope you all have good turn out tomorrow but no matter how many show up I know our club will be well represented. Have fun and give us an update when you can.

Congratulations to Greg on winning the Sponsor Award last weekend in addition to our Club Award.

Jeff asked that I send out the following information for our next meet on Saturday Nov 8th. Please plan to attend as the sponsor reached out to us and asked that we be in attendance…

Hi all,
I just received the following email from Ronnie. The Toys for Tots Car Show has been moved to our next regular meet Saturday 11/22/14. Would you all be interested in doing the show or shall we just have our regular meet and go eat? Flyer is attached.

I’ve sent him an email asking if there is going to be a club award, but I feel quite sure there will be. He told me they always have one with the big shows even if the flyer doesn’t mention it. Will let you know what he says.
