MTI Racing Spoiler and SLP stripes installed!
I finally got my MTI Racing spoiler back from the painter. I think it looks perfect on the car and couldn't be happier. The spoiler just flows with the lines of the car so well. Thanks to Joe Slebodnik at Ebensburg Collision Center in Ebensburg PA for the paint. I also had the rear stripes redone wider than stock in the SLP ZL585 dimensions. I really want to thank forum members d0truji and ZL600FK for being kind enough to give me the dimensions off of their awesome cars! What do you guys think?
Off with the little stocker On with the MTI spoiler!

Thanks again. I'm really happy with it. It is as close to the SLP ZL spoilers as I could get.

It came out nice. My painter said that they were a little tricky because of the curve in the spoiler. Apparently to make the look straight from behind he actually had to make them slightly crooked. Also, I had to have them painted on because the vinyl stripes could not be put on due to the several different curves in the spoiler.

Thank you...It took me forever to find a spoiler that I liked.

Looks great!
Its also taking forever for me to find a spoiler as well, but this one among a few others are in the running. Not that it matters much, but I'm curious...do these taller spoilers block any of the view out of the rear view mirror at all?

I was in the same boat. It took me almost 2 years until I decided on this. Alot of the spoilers for this car look great at some angles and wierd at certain other angles. I really wanted the SLP ZL style spoiler that you can't buy...then I considered the MPD1, the fit and finish look fantastic but I wasn't sure of it at certain angles, plus it looked too sleek/fragile to me, esp with as beefy looking as the 5th gen is. This fit the bill for me. As far as the vision out the rearview...You might see the top inch or 2 in the rearview but it is hardly noticable.

I got your PM ctk1....and I'm checking out the pics. I really, really think this is THEE BEST spoiler for our Camaro's. I have (still in the box) a MPD1 spoiler and the MTI looks a million times better. If I can sell my MPD1 without taking too big of a hit, I'm gonna jump on one of these! Its not to over the top amd it doesn't over-power the rear end......ABSOLUTELY 100% perfect!!!! :thum bup:

I know what you are going through. Some look pretty nice, others look so out of place that it isn't funny. Then you see one you like, and see it at a diffferent angle and suddenly you don't like it. Its enough to drive you nuts.
