Dash cam/security camera.

Hello,

I need a camera that will work on motion while the car is parked. Somebody is messing around with cars where I work and management is being useless so I would like to see if I could find out what is going on. I guess to at least have front and rear coverage would be nice.

Thanks
Tom

Good choice just connect it up to a smart power supply that shuts down if your battery gets too low

For the Owl dash cam you have to pay monthly for the service, right? And how does it get its power?

I did look at the Owl. I don't really remember all of the details but I think without an Internet connection it isn't much use for when the car is sitting all day. My main gripe with the Blackvue is if something does happen to my car I will have to go through a whole days video and hope it catches it because it seems to have time lapse from one video segment to the next.

Falcon zero "Touch HD". No need to waste money. Go right to the best. Mine has seen -10° and over 100° and has not failed me yet.

"The Best" maybe in your opinion. Way too big for my tastes, no video output, does not save to the cloud. I went with a smaller less conspicuous but still does 1080p. Mounts behind the mirror and is unnoticeable. I don't remember the model but i believe its the blackvue two way one. There are a lot of good dash cams out there just read the reviews along with the pros and cons.
