Built a dual gauge pillar pod for the Vert
So I made a pillar for a buddy's Vert back at Fort Bragg. I'm going to make one for my car also, but he needed his done first, so I finished his tonight. I used the majority of the OEM pillar to ensure good fitment. The coupe pod I used for the cups just doesn't fit well around the dash. Also, I was able to set the lower pod 1/8" off the top of the dash, which allowed me to retain the onstar/blue tooth mic in the OEM location. Also was able to match the factory texture a lot better than the standard ABS texture. Please excuse the pics, my shop needs some new light fixtures. I'll shrink the pictures sometime tomorrow also.
