Heart Broke at Philly today. . .
I am sure you all know this, but it was the first time I found out. . .
Was talking with Scott (by the way, Great meeting you Scott) and was being the usual enthusiast. . .. Telling him how excited I was and how I can't wait. . That I'm #1 at my dealership. . . Scott: . . . . . .. Well, it depends on what color you ordered. . . Since we shut down the plant for a while it we didn't get to use up all the Gray for the Impala's. This will delay the CGM Camaro. Not as bad as the White, June or July. My heart broke. . . I have to wait longer for my Camaro now. :(

If this is true it really sucks. I voted for March 17th.
Thread should be interesting though. |

now now -- put that heart of yours back together.........
What I meant was "we aren't building CGM right now -- on captive test fleet......" Regular production starts March 16th -- I will double check with Cheryl to find out when we'll start building CGM.......it very well may be by March 16th... (I know this: it's one of the more popular colors in terms of 'sold' orders...) |

Hey scott great show, I was going to try and make it up to the special showing this morning but wasnt able to, then tried to hunt you down around lunch but I was told you along with the others had disappeared. I had a question about why none of the cars today had the halo's on. I ask one of girls that was answering questions if she could flip them on so we could see but she didnt have the keys. I was kinda surprised none of them had it on, they seem to be on at all of the other show pictures I have seen. Ill be in DC next weekend any chance they will be on there?

Hello Scott, I was at the STL auto show this morning and I was told that they are going to start production of both V6 and V8 in near equal builds...Can you verify this? I was under the impression that the V6 would be built at an unproportional rate opposed to the V8. Thanks in advance. BTW thanks for creating such a Fantastic car.

SO do we know the truth on CGM...I think it would be a mistake on GMs part not to begin the color from day. As they said in this thread, there are a lot of sold orders in that color, it would be a slap in the face of those who ordered to have it pushed back.

Scott's name should be the firefighter..... every time a heated topic reguarding the Camaro comes up on this website for the last 2 years I've been a member, Scott always chimes in and cools everyone down. And I know he does the same on other websites (although I think some of their fires tend to burn hotter and longer - must be alot of amonium nitrate and argon on those sites)
