New Wheels Finally Installed!
I received my custom painted TSW Nurburgring wheels yesterday morning and ran straight up to my local tire shop to get them installed. I think they turned out great and look exactly as I had hoped. I also have some Victory Red powdercoated Brembo calipers coming in the next few weeks.
I owe Alex at The Speed Depot a big thanks for helping me out with my wheel selection and his amazing customer service! Here are a few pics I wanted to share. I'd post some more, but it's raining outside today and I haven't been able to take any. |

I love my TSW's too. Your car looks great with the custom paint job.

This makes it even more tempting to get mine sprayed flat black over the gunmetal

I would not change your wheels at all. The only thing I would do is maybe add some gunmetal vinyl to your car. I think your car looks awesome with the gunmetal wheels.

Thanks for the compliments everyone! I think they turned out great. The are powdercoated gloss black with a red trim stripe on the edge, which I really think compliments the car. I was worried that it would look funny with the white rally stripes, but I think the combo turned out pretty nice.
For those that asked, these are the stock 20" Pirelli PZero tires on the TWS wheels. The wheels are 9" in the front and 10" in the rear. The tires do not look stretched at all. I am leaving out of town today, but will try to take some better photos this weekend when I get back. |
