Looking to add a turbo kit

Looking to add a turbo kit to my 2013 Camaro
2SS convertible.
Was looking at the Turbonetics Stage 1 system.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks.

Haven't heard of them. Around here most seem to gravitate towards AGP by i'm not a turbo guy outta just what i've seen in posts. AGP Huron and i think Hellion are good ones.

AGP or Huron for twins, if you are set on a single Huron or the turbonetic stage 2. stage 1 chokes up real quick on our 376's

if you want a CARB cert then youre limited. turbonetics stage 1 (then upgrade to 2 if you wish) - youll get the CARB sticker with stage 1, not 2. stage 2 will make as much power as the car will handle, stage 1 is limited for the reason mentioned above. twins are a good option if youre not seeking carb cert.

Caper,
Do i need a carb cert to be street legal in MA?
The Hellion twin looks nice. Is that a bolt on kit or do I need to modify more things on the car?

i unsure about the law in MA, but here in CA its pretty important if you get pulled over by the wrong officer. do yo need to modify anything else??? youre about to go down a rabbit hole here with no end. understand this...if you start increasing boost you will need to modify ALLOT of things on the car, because it will keep breaking things. starting with the engine lol, then clutch, trans, boost contoller, retune, and retune etc etc....if you keep boost at a modest level as it comes with the kit your likelyhood of doing all that decreases. BTW ive done all that and more lol. because im a greedy dick and ive sunk more money into it than it ever deserved. dont be like me lol.

No disrespect, but it sounds like you don't fully understand what you're getting into. I suggest spending a lot of time reading about the different types of kits and what all goes into having a boosted car.

I'm in CT, we don't have inspections just emissions. I know you guys have inspections but i don't think they fail you for modification as long as you pass emissions. A full kit should take care of everything you need to install it though it may or may not include a tune, that is the important part. As far as breaking things, if you drive it on the street and keep it somewhat tame you'll be fine. I haven't broken anything yet, but i have put slicks on it yet either. You will want to add at least rear trailing arms and toe links so you dont get wheel hop with the added power, wheel hop and shock is what breaks things.
