What about 7.1.


I'm really considering at the very least just changing out the amplifier. Everything I read says it's the weakest point and you won't regret it.

That is very very very true!!! The amp makes a hell of a difference.

you don't need to disconnect it. when you replace the amp, nothing will be driving it anymore. I am trying to remember how that is all hooked up now. May want to go back and read on that a little, it's been 4 years since I replaced it, and I had help.

you don't need to disconnect it. when you replace the amp, nothing will be driving it anymore. I am trying to remember how that is all hooked up now. May want to go back and read on that a little, it's been 4 years since I replaced it, and I had help.


Sub thump had a short instructional help video on how to install the harness I'll use.

Just the FARK alone won't kill the center speaker. I have the FARK to add a sub to my BA system and I still have the center speaker. Gonna try and disconnect it tonight though and finally see the difference

From what I understood it was for both, if you wanted to hook in for a sub, you had to have an amplifier that also had RCA out and not just RCA in, that way you could hook to a 2nd amplifier for the subs. But I could be wrong.

yes, about 80%. the main flat areas and into the battery/center hole. I did not do the sides or the trunk lid

it also helps curb some of the road noise and exhaust into the cab. Thus improving your music/sound.
