Any 5w30 oil that meets Dexos-1 specs (if you run stock/nearly stock motor).
Full synthetic basically means longer oil change interval, but if you do oil change every 3K miles, u may use blended oil as well.

Redline 5W-30/40. Good enough for anything these engines are going to throw at it. Maybe go to a 10W-40 for road course.
