Hell no if he doesn't even want water marks on it giving it to you is a terrible idea.

so... what you're saying is basically every type of person has replied to this post? There were other ways to scratch your left ear other than using your right hand around the back of your head.

I don't get it. My dad has had 2 Ferrari's in the past 8 years, an '04 360, and he just got an '11 458, and we also just got a Maserati... People on these forums treat their camaro's better than my dad treats his sports cars. THOSE are the kinds of cars you baby. If this car is an "everyday car", then don't treat it like it's some supercar. if you have insurance on the car, and you believe your son/daughter is a good driver, then why not? if they aren't, well then obviously don't let them.

"Do you valet?".... "NEVER"
"Do you drive your car in the winter"... "Absolutely not!"

I don't get why some of these people treat this car this way... now if you've sunk a bit of money in your camaro making it one of a kind or increasing the performance or something like that, then ok... but when you drive a stock camaro, don't treat it better than your kids, that's just a little too much.

I would have sided with you,

but come on..........

Ohh!! I get it - he means - "many on here aren't parents with older kids" - he just decided to take the scenic route.

I think the answer to any question that starts with "Should I allow my daughter and boyfriend....." is always NO!

Thumbs down

I say NO. My kids are all grown up now but the answer would still be NO if they lived at home.

My thoughts exactly. I don't even see the need for a discussion, he totaled a truck two weeks ago, he doesn't even deserve a license let alone to be driving a Camaro. My brother totaled his car, or just about and that's why he'll never get behind the wheel of my car, not even my V6.

Yeah, I can't even believe they had the nerve to even ask.

Sorry but no. my daugther is 21 and I wont let her drive my cars. I feel like this it doesn't matter if it was her fault or not. I would freak out. so we don't need to go there.
