(TBC) Tampa Bay Camaros

The Tampa Bay Camaros, or "TBC", is an active car club in the Tampa Bay area. More specifically, we are a group of Camaro owners that not only love their cars but the camaraderie of the many folks that share the same interests.

Throughout the year we hold monthly gatherings and participate as a group in activities such as attending car shows, club cruises, test & tune events and drag races.

While some clubs demand that you attend a specific number of events, within a certain number of months, we do not. We know that people are busy with families, work, and other day-to-day responsibilities. We believe that a club should be an enjoyable experience and fun way to spend your valuable free time. It doesn't matter if you own a first generation Camaro or the latest model with a supercharged V8 and all of the bells and whistles... We firmly believe that the friendships made through this club will be far more valuable than any modifications you could buy for your car.

This is an active members club with club dues of $25 annually.

I might be able to make that. I dont get off work till 5 and thru traffic it might take a while to get there. Do you guys ever meet on the weekends?

I don't get out of work (in Clearwater) until 5PM myself. I'll probably get there around 6-6:30, but a bunch of TBC guys will be there right when it starts.

As far as meeting on weekends, yes... we sure do. As a matter of fact, yesterday, several of us did the duPont Registry "Cars & Coffee" and then had a club only lunch / meeting.

We've got a bunch of events coming up and I believe they'll all be Saturday/Sunday events.

REALLY hope you make it out on Thursday... I've kept my eye out for your car and have been hoping to run into you. (not literally "run into" though)

me and a couple corvette buddies have been planning to go last thursday, but it rained. Maybe we can do it this thursday.
I still will always offer a tuning discount to active TBC members. Its not easy running a club, but it is fun having me the club tuner sponsor making your Camaro perform like GM should have made it.

That would be great. I'll let the rest of the gang know that you might be there; last month one of our members (with an SS vert) was asking about you and if you'd be available to do tunes at the track... I haven't checked to see if he's still interested.

We are going to try and get out to BMP with a few of our cars on Thursday as well. We were planning on going last week, but just got tied up at the shop.

Hope to see some of you guys there!
