It was nice while it lasted, but the Viper is done.

I'm just surprised the ACR beat it by 3 seconds. That's a huge margin.

Yes it is... Nineball did these tests here in Houston just as soon a while back. No competition with the Viper.

Ok, I have to share this and The House seems like the best place.

Mrs. Number 3 was investigating an exercise class based on Roller Derby (who knew) and the following is in the equipment list......

Capri-length leggings hit mid-calf to fit easily and fully under knee gaskets & knee pads with a thigh-high side pocket to hold your mouth guard. The front of the capri is lined with an extra panel of smoothing, wicking support fabric that features Anti-Camel Toe Technology to ensure you are comfortable and pretty.

I did not know this technology was being developed.

(Sorry couldn't help myself.)

The 6th gen 1LE should be revealed at Chicago in two weeks. I'm excited to see what Team Camaro has come up with.

Don't you think they should reveal the ZL1 first as that is where they sourced some of the parts for the 1LE from the 5th gen ZL1? or maybe they are going to reverse their methodology in the introduction of the new hi-po models?

They were working in a linear...development-as-you-go fashion during the 5th gen...Remember, up until August of 2006, the Camaro was never officially intended to go back into production (though many wanted it to)...and then they had the bankruptcy to deal with....

This time around - they know what works, and what's needed from all their efforts on the 5th gen...so perhaps this is the right way to release things...bigger, badder, later.

I'm curious as to when the Convertible will hit production.

Well considering the ZL1 was supposed to be the Z28 and they had to buy back the rights to ZL1 just before Chicago to rename the car, I hope they've learned a thing or two on the right order to launch the higher performance variants.

Has to be Spring. I thought someone posted as early as next month.

Not really. It's not like the only way to develop high performance Camaro parts is on the ZL1.

Besides, the 5th gen 1LE wasn't an official project. Some engineers got together and used parts they could to get the 1LE put together. Also, there must have been some plans for one because the black 10 spokes it uses with the ZL1 are stamped Camaro, not ZL1 like the optional ZL1 wheels.
